Ingredients

500 g ground beef
1  onion(s), finely minced
1  green pepper(s), finely minced
1 clove(s) garlic, finely minced
½  gound coriander
10  cherry tomatoes
500 g spiced brown rice
8 slice(s) Afghan bread

Instructions

Knead together beef, onion, pepper, garlic and salt and pepper.

Let stand 30 minutes to blend flavors and then form into 16 oval balls.

String 4 balls on skewers alternating with an onion quarter, green pepper quarter and cherry tomato on each skewer.

Grill about 5 minutes until browned, turn and grill other side.

Boil the rice and serve together with the meatballs and flat Afghan bread.
