Advocaat with whisky recipe details
Ingredients
5 | egg yolks |
100 g | icing sugar, sieved |
½ tsp | vanilla extract |
300 g | cream |
250 ml | whisky |
Instructions
Cream well the egg yolks, sugar and vanilla. Slowly mix in the cream. Then mix in the whisky.Refrigerate for 12 hours. Shake well before use. The liqueur stays fresh in the fridge for 2 weeks.
Tip: Substitute the whisky with vodka, brandy or schnaps.
