Advent jam recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | pumpkin pulp, finely chopped |
400 g | apples, finely chopped |
100 g | marzipan |
½ tsp | dried vanilla pulp |
500 g | preserving sugar, 2:1 |
Instructions
Take care that the pumpkin pulp and apples are chopped as finely as possible.Mix pumpkin meat and apples with the sugar and set aside for about 3 hours.
Bring the mixture to a boil and stir in the other ingredients. Boil for about 3-4 minutes over high heat, stirring constantly.
Pour the jam into sterilized jars up to the rim. Seal with screw caps and allow to cool. Store on a cool and dark place.
