Ingredients
35 g | annatto seeds |
1 tbsp | coriander seeds |
1 tbsp | oregano |
1 tsp | cumin seeds |
1 tsp | black peppercorns |
1 tsp | salt |
5 clove(s) | garlic, peeled and crushed |
60 ml | bitter orange juice |
Instructions
In a mortar pestle the first five ingredients until a fine powder has formed. Add salt and the garlic and ground until well combined. Add the juice and stir to a paste.The paste is a perfect seasoning for poultry or fish.
