Aberdeen fruit parfait recipe details
- Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh or frozen fruit, cut into bite-size pieces (peaches, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, bananas, etc.)
- 1-1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 3/4 cup plus 2 Tablespoons granola
Divide 3/4 cup of granola evenly into 4 wine glasses. Add layer of 2 Tablespoons yogurt, followed by 3 Tablespoons fruit. Repeat yogurt and fruit layers 2 additional times to create 3 layers. Top with a dollop of yogurt. Sprinkle with remaining granola. Garnish with a sprig of mint or berry, if desired.
