A o k soup recipe details
A light vegetable soup using canned cream of mushroom soup as a base.
Ready in: 30 mins
Ingredients
Serves: 2- 1/4 onion, finely chopped
- 3 baby carrots, sliced very thin
- 1/4 cup corn
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can Campbell’s(R) Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1/4 cucumber, finely chopped
- Crackers
- Mint leaves
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 20 mins1. Put the onions, baby carrots, and corn in a steamer and steam until tender, about 12 minutes.
2. While steaming the other ingredients, make the mushroom soup according to the directions on the can. Cook for 8 minutes.
3. Put the steamed vegetables in a bowl first, then the cucumber, and the mushroom soup. For decoration you may use crackers and mint leaves.
