|4 tbsp||self raising flour|
|1 large||egg, beaten|
|1 dash(es)||vanilla extract|
|1 dash(es)||ginger extract|
In a large coffee mug combine all the dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in the egg, milk and the oil. Season with vanilla and ginger extract and mix well.
Microwave for 3 minutes at 1000W.
Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
