Ingredients
4 tbsp | self raising flour |
2 tbsp | sugar |
1 large | egg, beaten |
3 tbsp | milk |
3 tbsp | oil |
1 dash(es) | vanilla extract |
1 dash(es) | ginger extract |
Instructions
In a large coffee mug combine all the dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in the egg, milk and the oil. Season with vanilla and ginger extract and mix well.
Microwave for 3 minutes at 1000W.
Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
