5 minute bread recipe details
Ingredients
400 g | wheat flour |
400 g | spelt flour |
75 g | flax seed |
125 g | millet |
1 tbsp | bread spice |
40 g | fresh yeast |
700 ml | warm water |
2 tsp | salt |
3 tbsp | sugar |
Instructions
Dissolve the yeast with salt and sugar in the lukewarm water. Works best with a hand blender.In a large bowl, mix the flours, flax seed and millet with the bread spice. Add the yeast water to the flour and knead well. You may need to add a bit more flour if the dough is sticky. When smooth and pliable, transfer the dough into a greased baking tin and brush with water. Sprinkle with a little millet.
Put in the cold oven. Switch to 190°C and bake for 60 minutes (fan off!).
When baked, remove the bread immediately from the baking tin and let cool down on a rack.
