200g cake recipe details
Ingredients
200 g | butter |
200 g | sugar |
200 g | flour |
1 tsp | baking powder |
1 tsp | vanilla sugar |
4 medium | eggs |
some | fruits of your choice, apples, blueberries, raspberries… |
Instructions
Simply mix all the ingredients in a bowl until you have a smooth batter. Pour into a well greased baking tin and top with the fruits you like.I normally use washed and peeled apples in slices, scatter blueberries on top or use drained sour cherries from the jar.
Bake for 25-30 at 200°C. Sprinkle with icing sugar to serve.
