Ingredients

1 sprig(s) rosemary, chopped
100 g flour
1 pinch(es) baking powder
25 g freshly grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp salt
1  egg
50 g butter, soft
100 g Parma ham, thinly sliced
50 g cream cheese
freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

In a bowl, combine the butter with Parmesan cheese, salt, rosemary, flour, baking powder and egg. Knead until smooth and well combined. Form to a roll. Wrap into foil and cool for an hour.

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut the roll into thin slices. Divide the slices on a lined baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes. Allow to cool.

Spread the Parmesan chips with the cream cheese and top with the Parma ham. Serve sprinkled with freshly ground pepper.
