The Pao de lo recipe is a traditional Portuguese cake known for its light and fluffy texture. Made with simple ingredients such as flour, eggs, sugar, and lemon zest, this cake is easy to prepare and perfect for any occasion. The batter is gently folded to create air pockets, resulting in a tender crumb. Baking this cake at a low temperature helps it rise evenly, giving it a golden exterior.
