Gherkin carpaccio with roasted salmon and balsamico reduction recipe details
Ingredients
1 | gherkin |
500 g | salmon |
8 tsp | balsamic vinegar |
2 | brown sugar |
2 tsp | wasabi |
fresh dill | |
salt and pepper |
Instructions
Peel the gherkin, cut it into fine slices and arrange the slices on a plate.Roast the salmon und cut it into pieces.
Reduce balsamic vinegar and sugar in a pan until the mixture becomes syrup-like.
Lay the roasted salmon onto the gherkin-slices and season it with salt and pepper. Drizzle balsamico-reduction and spread the dill over the meal.
Serve with wasabi and roasted Ciabatta.
