Zucchini stuffed with minced beef recipe details
Ingredients
4 | zucchini, unpeeled, cut lengthwise, flesh scooped and chopped |
250 g | beef, minced |
2 tbsp | oatmeal |
½ tsp | onion powder |
½ tsp | salt, to taste |
1 tbsp | chili sauce |
2 tbsp | butter, cut in small pieces |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 170°C.Mix the chopped zucchini with the minced beef, oatmeal, onion powder and chili sauce. Season with salt to taste.
Stuff zucchini skins with beef mixture and dot with a little butter.
Put zucchini halves in a baking dish with about 120 ml water. Bake for 30 minutes.
