Zucchini bread recipe details
Ingredients
300 g | flour |
3 medium | eggs |
400 g | sugar |
240 ml | vegetable oil |
300 g | zucchini, grated |
1 tsp | cinnamon, ground |
1 tsp | baking soda |
¼ tsp | baking powder |
120 ml | sour cream |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a loaf pan or 2 loaf pans.Combine eggs, sugar, and oil. Blend in the grated zucchini, and add the sour cream. Mix in the flour, baking powder, soda, and cinnamon. Mix well.
Pour batter into prepared pans and bake for 80 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
