Zucchini and prawn quiche recipe details
Ingredients
1 | rolled puff pastry |
3 medium | zucchini, cleaned and cut into 5mm slices |
150 g | prawn, peeled and deveined |
3 medium | eggs |
200 ml | sour cream |
80 g | freshly grated Parmesan cheese |
salt and pepper, to taste | |
oil, for the form |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a quiche form with oil. Unroll puff pastry and place into the form. Spread zucchini and prawns onto the pastry. Mix eggs, sour cream, cheese and salt and pepper and pour over zucchini and prawn mix. Bake for 45 minutes.Preparation time:
