Zabaglione cake frosting recipe details
Ingredients
200 g | sugar |
100 ml | whipping cream |
50 g | chocolate, unsweetened |
60 g | unsalted butter |
25 tsp | vanilla |
Instructions
Heat cream and sugar in a small saucepan until sugar dissolves. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly.Reduce heat and let simmer until thick and syrupy. Gradually add chocolate, butter and vanilla and keep stirring until well blended.
Turn off heat and leave to cool.
When cooled use to frost cookies and cakes.
