Really fast and easy chocolate peanut butter dessert for the kids. One of my mom’s recipes that me and my siblings used to love as kids.
Ready in: 45 mins

Ingredients

Serves: 12
  • 1/2 pound graham crackers, crushed
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 pound powdered sugar
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Preparation method

Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 5 mins | Extra time: 30 mins, chilling

1. Butter an 8×8-inch baking dish.
2. In mixing bowl, combine graham crackers, butter, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth. Press into buttered dish.
3. Melt chocolate chips in a saucepan on low heat (microwave is easier and less messy!). Spread chocolate over mixture, then refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
