Yorkshire pudding recipe details
Ingredients
2 | eggs |
½ cup(s) | milk |
3 tbsp | plain flour |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and put the batter in the refrigerator for approximately 2 hours.In the meantime heat the oven to 200įC, the oven should get really hot. Grease muffin cups with oil and add a little oil to each. Place the muffin tin into the oven for 20 minutes until tin and oil are really hot.
Spoon a small amount of batter into each cup, it should sizzle when added. Return the tin into the hot oven.
The Puddings are ready when risen and golden brown, after approximately 20 minutes.
