Ingredients
½ | green papaya |
1 | big sour apple |
1 | firm green pear |
½ | pineapple |
200 g | red grapes (without seeds) |
5 stalk(s) | spring onions |
1 tbsp | minced roast garlic |
4 stalk(s) | cilantro |
200 g | shrimps, cooked and peeled |
For the Dressing: | |
6 tbsp | lime juice |
3 tbsp | fish sauce |
1 tbsp | lime zest |
1 tbsp | brown sugar |
5 | red chillis, medium size, chopped |
1 tsp | chilli powder (to taste) |
4 tbsp | roast, crushed peanuts |
Instructions
Peel papaya and remove the seeds, peel pineapple. Remove cores from apple and pear and cut papaya, pineapple, apple and pear into bite-sized pieces. Cut grapes in halves. Chop spring onions and cilantro. Put all the ingredients into a big bowl and add prawns and garlic.For the dressing, mix lime juice and zest, fish sauce, sugar, chillies and chilli powder and stir well. The taste should be sour, salty, sweet and spicy.
Scatter with crushed peanuts and mix well.
