Yet another artichoke dip. I modified another recipe to use the ingredients that I had and got such rave reviews I thought I would share it.

Ingredients
Serves: 15- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained.
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (7 ounce) can diced green chiles
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- fresh ground pepper to taste
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 30 mins1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Cut artichoke hearts into eighths.
2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese and chiles. When these ingredients are combined, mix in artichoke hearts, lemon juice and pepper. Transfer mixture to a shallow baking dish.
3. Bake in the preheated oven until light brown on top, about 30 minutes.
