Winter fruit salad

Winter Fruit Salad recipe

- Ingredients
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 orange
- 1 apple – quartered, cored, and thinly sliced
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 small bunch seedless red grapes, stemmed and halved
- Vanilla low-fat yogurt
Peel and section orange and grapefruit, adding all the juices. Refrigerate until cold. Before serving, add sliced apple and banana. Stir to coat the flesh with citric juices to prevent discoloration, then stir in grapes.
Serve in champagne glasses with a spoonful of vanilla low-fat yogurt.
