Winter apple and cranberry crisp recipe details
Ingredients
For the Filling: | |
80 g | sugar |
2 tbsp | flour |
1 tsp | grated lemon peel |
800 g | apples, unpeeled, cored, sliced |
100 g | cranberries |
For the topping: | |
50 g | rolled oats |
60 g | brown sugar |
25 g | flour |
2 tsp | cinnamon |
3 tbsp | butter, melted |
Instructions
Filling:Combine sugar, flour and lemon peel; mix well. Add apples and cranberries and stir to mix. Spoon into a big enough baking dish.
Topping :
In a small bowl combine oats, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Add melted butter; stir to mix. Sprinkle topping over filling.
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Bake for 40-50 minutes or until top is browned.
Serve warm.
