White omelet recipe details
Ingredients
1 ½ tbsp | olive oil |
240 ml | egg whites |
1 large | mushroom, sliced |
250 g | fresh spinach |
1 tbsp | Feta cheese, crumbled |
Instructions
Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a frying pan and sautè spinach and mushrooms until soft. Set aside.Place remaining olive oil in the frying and add egg whites. As Egg begins to cook, lift sides to allow egg whites to set.
Place vegetables in top while the omelet is still moist.
Sprinkle on crumbled cheese and fold omelet and cook until set.
