Ingredients
800 g | white fish, skinned, boned and cut into chunks |
1 | red chilli, deseeded and chopped |
1 | ginger, chopped |
4 tbsp | dark soy sauce |
Instructions
Combine fish with chilli, ginger and soy sauce.Put fish a shallow dish, cover and microwave on high highest setting for 3-4 minutes. Alternatively bake in oven at 150°C for about 20 minutes.
Serve hot with stir-fry vegetables.
