100 g white chocolate |
80 g icing sugar |
10 g butter |
3 tbsp hot water |
Instructions
Break chocolate into small pieces and place in a small bowl. Cover with boiling water and set aside for about 1 minute. Decant the water.Add icing sugar, butter and the hot water and stir until the mixture is well combined and smooth.
