White cabbage with indian spices recipe details
Ingredients
1000 g | white cabbage, shredded |
50 g | ginger, minced |
10 g | garlic, minced |
1 tbsp | green cardamom, ground |
1 tbsp | cumin, seeds (or ground) |
1 tbsp | turmeric, ground |
1 tsp | chilli powder |
2 tbsp | soy sauce, to taste |
salt, pepper | |
2 tbsp | vegetable oil |
100 ml | vegetable stock |
Instructions
Heat the oil in a big pot, then add ginger, garlic and cabbage and roast for a few minutes.Add vegetable stock and stir well.
Add all spices, stir, cover and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
Season to taste and serve.
