White bean pate recipe details
Ingredients
400 g | white beans |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
⅛ tsp | cayenne pepper |
3 tsp | soy sauce |
1 tbsp | butter, melted |
some | parsley |
Instructions
Cook beans until tender.Heat oil and sauté garlic for 1 minute. Combine garlic, cayenne and beans in a blender and purée until smooth. Fill into a saucepan, stir in soy sauce and cook for 2 minutes.
Place into a mold and pour melted butter over surface. Poke holes with a toothpick to allow butter to run inside. Cover and chill.
Decorate with parsley and serve with crackers.
