Watercress potato mash recipe details
Ingredients
600 g | potatoes, peeled and diced |
85 g | watercress, chopped |
100 g | Cheddar cheese, grated |
30 g | mustard |
2 clove(s) | garlic, chopped |
50 ml | olive oil |
50 g | butter |
4 | spring onions, chopped |
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Boil the potatoes with the garlic until soft. Drain and mash.Stir in oil, butter, watercress, spring onions, mustard and cheese and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
