Watercress omelette recipe details
Ingredients
50 g | watercress |
2 large | eggs |
1 tbsp | milk |
25 g | butter |
15 g | Parmesan cheese |
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl, add the milk and beat well.In a small omelette pan, melt the butter, pour in the egg mix and cook over low heat until set. Evenly sprinkle watercress and Parmesan cheese over the top and season with salt and pepper.
Fold into a half moon shape, cook for a few more seconds and serve immediately.
