Ingredients

200 g	smoked bacon, diced
2 clove(s)	garlic, minced
125 g	mayonnaise
75 g	crème fraîche
	salt and freshly ground black pepper
500 g	spaghetti
1 bunch(es)	rocket
125 g	freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Roast the bacon in a pan without oil until crispy. Take from heat and stir in the garlic, mayonnaise and the crème fraîche. Season to taste with pepper.

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and allow to cool a bit.

In a large salad bowl, mix together the cooked pasta, bacon mixture, rocket and the Parmesan. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve lukewarm.
