Warm potato salad recipe details
Ingredients
1 kg | potatoes |
1 small | red onion, finely chopped |
2 tbsp | fresh lemon juice |
¾ tsp | salt |
120 ml | sour cream |
90 ml | mayonnaise |
60 g | fresh dill |
Instructions
Cook potatoes until tender. Reserve 60ml of cooking water, then drain potatoes in a colander. Peel and quarter potatoes, then toss with lemon juice and salt in a large bowl.Soak onion in cold water for 15 minutes, drain and pat dry.
Combine onion, sour cream, mayonnaise, dill, and reserved cooking water in a bowl and mix until blended. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then add to potatoes and toss to coat. Serve warm.
