Ingredients

3  shallots, sliced
1 handful parsley, chopped
1 handful tarragon, chopped
1 handful spinach, chopped
1 cup(s) sauce hollandaise
some salt and pepper
some lemon juice

Instructions

In a saucepan combine the shallots, parsley, tarragon and spinach. Cover with a little water and bring to a boil. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Drain and allow to cool.

Whisk in the Hollandaise sauce. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Serve with any kind of fish.
