Venetian sauce recipe details
Ingredients
3 | shallots, sliced |
1 handful | parsley, chopped |
1 handful | tarragon, chopped |
1 handful | spinach, chopped |
1 cup(s) | sauce hollandaise |
some | salt and pepper |
some | lemon juice |
Instructions
In a saucepan combine the shallots, parsley, tarragon and spinach. Cover with a little water and bring to a boil. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Drain and allow to cool.Whisk in the Hollandaise sauce. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Serve with any kind of fish.
