Vegetable soup with vermicelli and bangers recipe details
Ingredients

some | nutmeg |
200 g | carrots, sliced |
1 | kohlrabi, peeled and diced |
1 | onion, chopped |
2 tbsp | oil |
1 l | vegetable stock |
100 g | vermicelli |
150 g | peas, frozen |
4 | sausages (bangers), sliced |
1 tbsp | parsley, chopped |
Instructions
In a saucepan heat the oil and sauté the onion until lucent. Add the carrots and the kohlrabi and cook 2 more minutes. Pour in the stock and bring to the boil. Cover and cook over medium heat for 6 minutes.Stir in the vermicelli and cook until al dente. Add the peas and bangers and bring to a short boil again. Season to taste with salt, nutmeg and pepper.
Serve sprinkled with parsley.
