Vegan Breakfast
- Ingredients:
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup flax seed
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup currants
- anything else you might like
The night before, cover the whole thing with boiling water and let stand over night. Next morning, heat it up in the microwave with a little brown sugar and syrup or honey. Make sure you have your teeth “in” when you eat it. This has got to be really good for you.
