Ingredients
1 | vanilla pod, seeds |
1 tbsp | butter |
1 tbsp | flour |
250 ml | coconut milk |
250 ml | milk |
3 tbsp | white sugar |
3 tbsp | brown sugar |
Instructions
In a saucepan melt the butter. Add the flour and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the coconut milk, milk and vanilla seeds. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring.Season to taste with the white and brown sugar and serve hot.
