Ingredients
300 g | flour |
200 g | butter |
150 g | almonds, ground |
100 g | sugar |
2 | egg yolks |
100 g | icing sugar |
6 pack(s) | vanilla sugar |
Instructions
Mix together the flour, almonds and the sugar. Add the egg yolks and the butter. Knead until well combined. Cool for 30 minutes.Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Shape the dough to little crescents and transfer them onto a lined baking tray. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
Mix together the vanilla sugar and the icing sugar and turn the crescents in the mixture until well coated.
