Ingredients

300 g flour
200 g butter
150 g almonds, ground
100 g sugar
2  egg yolks
100 g icing sugar
6 pack(s) vanilla sugar

Instructions

Mix together the flour, almonds and the sugar. Add the egg yolks and the butter. Knead until well combined. Cool for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Shape the dough to little crescents and transfer them onto a lined baking tray. Bake for 10-15 minutes.

Mix together the vanilla sugar and the icing sugar and turn the crescents in the mixture until well coated.
