Ingredients

1 kg turkey breast, cubed
3  onions, chopped
1 large can(s) peas, drained
1 large can(s) corn, drained
1 large can(s) pineapples, diced, drained
1 glass(es) tomato peppers
250 g tomato ketchup or curry ketchup
250 ml salsa
500 ml crème fraîche
salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 160°C.

In a roasting tin, mix all ingredients together. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and bake for 2 hours.

Serve with rice, pasta or bread.
