|1 kg||turkey breast, cubed|
|1 large can(s)||peas, drained|
|1 large can(s)||corn, drained|
|1 large can(s)||pineapples, diced, drained|
|1 glass(es)||tomato peppers|
|250 g||tomato ketchup or curry ketchup|
|500 ml||crème fraîche|
|salt and pepper, to taste|
Preheat the oven to 160°C.
In a roasting tin, mix all ingredients together. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and bake for 2 hours.
Serve with rice, pasta or bread.
