Ingredients
1 kg | turkey breast, cubed |
3 | onions, chopped |
1 large can(s) | peas, drained |
1 large can(s) | corn, drained |
1 large can(s) | pineapples, diced, drained |
1 glass(es) | tomato peppers |
250 g | tomato ketchup or curry ketchup |
250 ml | salsa |
500 ml | crème fraîche |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 160°C.In a roasting tin, mix all ingredients together. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and bake for 2 hours.
Serve with rice, pasta or bread.
