Ingredients
250 g | turkey |
250 g | pasta, short |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
200 g | mushrooms, sliced |
4 | green onions, sliced |
2 clove(s) | garlic, chopped |
300 ml | milk |
2 tbsp | flour |
50 g | Parmesan cheese, grated |
salt, to taste |
Instructions
Cook pasta al dente. Drain well.In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms, green onions and garlic. Sauté until mushrooms begin to brown.
Stir in turkey and cook until turkey is browned.
In a jar with a lid, combine milk, flour, 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, and salt. Shake well. Add to turkey mixture and cook, stirring constantly, until sauce has thickened.
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Transfer pasta to a baking dish, top with turkey mixture and sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Place in oven and cook for about 5-10 minutes.
