Ingredients
2 kg | turkey breast |
100 g | bacon, sliced |
salt and pepper | |
soft butter |
Instructions
Rub the turkey breast with salt and pepper. Place into a buttered baking tray. Roast in the preheated oven at 160°C for 90 minutes, basting every 20 minutes with butter. Arrange the bacon on top of the turkey breast, switch the heat to 200° and roast for 10 more minutes or until the bacon is crispy .Remove the roast from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Carve and serve each slice with a piece of bacon.
