Turkey and potato salad recipe details
Ingredients
300 g | turkey, cooked and diced |
2 stalk(s) | celery, chopped |
3 | green onions, chopped |
2 large | red potatoes, cooked and cut into cubes |
200 g | low-fat yogurt |
2 tbsp | parsley, chopped |
2 tsp | dill, chopped |
salt and pepper to taste |
Instructions
Mix the turkey, celery, onions, potatoes, parsley and dill. Add the yogurt and mix well. The yoghurt may also be substituted with low-fat mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper to taste and chill in fridge for about 1 hour before serving.Preparation time:
