Ingredients
4 | trouts, cleaned and ready to cook |
100 g | butter |
4 tbsp | flour |
150 ml | milk |
30 g | flaked almonds |
1 tsp | salt |
parsley, to garnish |
Instructions
Mix the milk with the salt and marinate the trouts in the milk for 15 minutes, then drain and dust the fishes with flour all around.Melt 75 g butter in a large frying-pan over medium heat and fry the trouts for about 6 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove from the pan and keep warm.
Add the remaining butter to the pan and fry the almonds until golden. Scatter the almonds over the trouts, garnish with parsley and serve at once.
