Ingredients
Serves: 6- 1 egg
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1 can (15oz size) cream style corn
- 1 can (15oz size) whole kernel corn (undrained)
- 1 box corn bread mix (Jiffy-sized)
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 45 mins1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Mix all the ingredients together. Pour into ungreased 9×13-inch pan.
3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
