Ingredients
pre-baked pastry crust | |
170 ml | syrup |
50 g | fresh bread crumbs |
1 tsp | lemon juice |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C.Roll out the pastry in a flan case and prick the base of the pastry.
Heat the syrup in a pan, mix in the breadcrumbs and lemon juice. Mix well. Spoon the mixture into the flan case and bake for 30 minutes.
Let the tart cool to allow the syrup to set.
Serving suggestions;Serve with cream or custard.
