Treacle cookie biscuits recipe details
Ingredients
120 g | plain flour |
30 g | self-raising flour |
2 tbsp | treacle |
100 g | sugar |
20 ml | vegetable oil |
40 ml | semi-skimmed milk |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 150°C.Blend Sugar, oil and milk for 3-5 minutes. Add Treacle to mixture then slowly add sifted flour. Mix and allow it to form a dough.
Knead the dough for 1 minute then roll and flatten into small cookie shapes.
Grease a metal tray. Place cookies onto tray and put into oven. Cook for 15-25 minutes. Once cooked allow 3 minutes to cool then slowly remove cookies from tray.
