Ingredients
| 250 g | Tortellini |
| 1 | courgette, diced |
| 250 g | ham, diced |
| ½ stalk(s) | leek, diced |
| 1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
| 250 g | mayonnaise |
| 200 g | sour cream |
| salt and pepper | |
| fresh basil, chopped, |
Instructions
Cook the tortellini in salted water until done. Drain and allow to cool.In a bowl, mix together the courgette, leek, garlic and ham. Stir in the tortellini, mayonnaise and sour cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper and basil.
Serve chilled.
