Ingredients
250 g | butter, softened |
250 g | sugar |
10 medium | eggs |
grated rinds of 3 lemons | |
250 g | almonds, ground or roughly chopped |
100 g | corn flour |
some | Limoncello di Capri |
icing sugar for dusting and decoration |
Instructions
Cream the softenend butter with the sugar and then add the eggs, one at a time. Add the ground almonds, corn flour and the grated rinds of the lemons and finally a little bit of Limoncello.Pour the mixture into a greased baking tin and cook at 200°C for about 10 minutes and then at 150°C for about 40 minutes. Leave to cook and dust with icing sugar.
