Tony's eggceptional casserole recipe details
- Ingredients:
- 1 pound grated cheese (4 cups) (whatever cheese you prefer: cheddar, mozzarella, Monterey jack)
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) margarine
- 24 ounces cottage cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 6 beaten eggs
- 1 cup Bisquickbaking mix or 3/4 cup baking mix plus 1/4 cup of grits
Mix all ingredients together; add vegetables or meat to your tastes. Add spices or Mrs. Dashseasoning to your liking. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes in greased baking dish. If desired, chill overnight, cut squares, and microwave and serve in a.m. or anytime.
