Tomatoes stuffed with fish recipe details
Ingredients1. Cooked and mashed fish (1lb)
2. tomatoes (8)
3. boiled and mashed potatoes (5)
4. chopped coriander leaves (1bunch)
5. oil (3tbsp)
6. gram masala powder (1/2tsp)
7. red chili powder (1/2tsp)
8. salt (to taste)
Method of preparation
1. Take a bowl, mix cooked fish, gram masala powder, red chili powder, salt and coriander leaves in the bowl.
2. Take a pan, fry this mixture in 1 tablespoon of oil for about 5 minutes and then take off the pan from the heat. Take tomatoes, cut the slice from the top of each tomato.
3. Scoop out the centers of the tomatoes. Now turn the hollow tomatoes upside down on the paper towel and drain them. Take one tomato and stuff it with 3/4th of the prepared mixture. Now keep the mashed potatoes on the top to seal the opening.
4. Sprinkle the bread crumbs over it. Repeat the same with all other tomatoes. Now keep the stuffed tomatoes in the oven and bake them at 375 degrees F for 10 to 15 minutes or until the top gets golden brown and the tomatoes get soft. Take out from the oven and serve them hot.
