Ingredients
120 g | butter |
1 medium | onion, chopped |
240 ml | vodka |
600 ml | canned tomatoes |
240 ml | double cream |
Instructions
Saute onion in butter until soft. Add vodka and let cook for 10 minutes. Pour in crushed tomatoes and cook for 20 minutes. Pour in cream and cook for another 20 minutes.Preparation time:
