Limoncello ice cream recipe details
Ingredients
200 ml | Limoncello |
150 g | icing sugar |
500 ml | double cream |
Instructions
Pour limoncello and sugar into a large bowl and stir to dissolve the sugar. Add the cream and whisk until frothy.Pour into an airtight container and freeze overnight.
Remove from freezer and place in a bowl. Break up with a knife and whisk with an electric mixer for about 1-2 minutes until soft. Return to container and refreeze for at least 3 hours. Serve with fresh berry fruits or orange segments.
